How to back an embroidery hoop - the traditional method

Sometimes we want a quick and easy way to back an embroidery hoop - but sometimes you want to take a little more care. This is a good method to use when you are making a very special piece, or if it is something you may wish to re-frame at some point. This method takes a little more time but the results are very lovely.
